Our policy on TFP/TFCD:
From time to time, Artkeep collaborates with models in a shoot that is "TFP" time for print, or "TFCD/DVD" time for CD/DVD [digital images].All shoots TFP and TFCD will receive a complete disk of "usable" images in lo-res format as well as ten [10] of those images in hi-res format. All files are batch processed for color balance and contrast. These files are sent out within a maximum of 30 days from the date the shoot was performed, and usually with a few days after the shoot. From time to time the photographer of Artkeep travels and it is not possible to perform these functions earlier than that stated.
The model will also receive [5] 8X10s printed on enhanced matte paper. Most of the time this can be done at the time of the shooting, time permitting.
Any model wishing to be shot or have work by done Artkeep, regardless of reason, must place on deposit with us a "Kill Fee" of $100.00 a day for the time period contracted for, with the deposit being totally refunded at the end of the shoot. We do this because of the incredibly high "stand up ratio" presently being incurred by models being both hired or shot TFP from OMP. We wish this was not the case. Models with whom we have previously worked and have a favorable history with are exempt. In the event that we have contracted with models for whom we have agreed to pay travel expenses, the deposit will be waived when confirmation that travel tickets for the time frame contracted for has been sent to us at the time of booking. If a cancellation needs to be made for emergency situations, proper documentation must be supplied within 7 days prior to the shoot. Any cancellation after that time frame the deposit will be forfeited.
